Savings provisions
Interpretation
For the purpose of these savings provisions, Defence Determination means the Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service, as in force immediately before 1 July 2023.
Savings - approved leave
A member who had been approved to take, or is on, one of the following types of leave under the Defence Determination on 1 July 2023 continues to be eligible to take that leave as though the changes made to the leave on 1 July 2023 had not occurred.

Compassionate leave.

Examination leave.

Travelling leave.

Pre-deployment leave.

Leave to attend civilian court proceedings.
