Guidance
As part of the application process, a leave plan stating when the donated leave will be taken is to be submitted by the receiving member to their supervisor for endorsement. The leave plan should be retained by the receiving members supervisor who is responsible for monitoring the receiving members compliance with the leave plan.

5.4.51 Ceasing continuous full-time service
Guidance
If the receiving member dies, the balance of their donated recreation leave is included in the finalisation of their leave entitlements.
If the donor member ceases continuous full-time service or dies, any of the leave they donated is retained by the receiving member.
