1. Any disputes about matters arising under this Part may be referred to the Head of Post for consideration and resolution if possible.

2. The Head of Post may refer the matter to the Overseas Administration Team, Melbourne.

3. This dispute resolution framework is informal only, and does not prevent a member using the redress mechanism available under Part 7 of the Defence Regulation 2016.
