If the member transfers to service category 2 before the referred person completes their 12 months of service, the member is still eligible for the payment.
2.4.6 Referral incentive payment

This payment may subject to Income Tax, Fringe Benefit Tax, or may be Fringe Benefit Tax reportable.
- The referring member is not eligible for the payment even if the person completes their required period of service unless it is made as a valid referral.
