3.2.58 Movements between Reserve service and continuous full-time service
Guidance
In the total workforce system, the following arrangements apply.

A member in the Permanent Force may be described as a member in Service category 6 or 7.

A member of the Reserves may be may be described as a member in Service category 2, 3, 4 or 5.

A member of the Reserves rendering continuous full-time service is described as a Reserve member on SERVOP C.
3.2.59 Member on salary non-reduction or salary preservation on 13 May 2021
Medical Officer salary non-reduction - savings provision
Guidance
- A medical officer who is on a salary non-reduction provision under Annex 3.2.D, table item 10, 11 or 12 under Defence Determination 2016/19 on 29 April 2021 continues to be eligible for the benefit under Chapter 3 Part 5 Division 11, Medical Officer professional development financial support scheme, of Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service, as in force immediately before the commencement of Defence Determination 2021 (No. 4).
- This section ceases to apply on the day the member ceases to be eligible for the salary non-reduction.
