Guidance
The provisions relating to salary, leave, housing within Australia and other allowances that apply to a member who is imprisoned, detained or in custody while on short-term duty or long-term posting overseas are provided in Chapter 1 Part 7.
12.6.4 Dependants remaining in overseas location
Guidance
If the member is not in receipt of salary during this period, the payments will be considered a debt to the Commonwealth.
