- They are on deployment overseas.
8.8.4 Registering for the Partner Employment Assistance Program
If a service is accessed before registering for the Partner Employment Assistance Program, costs for the service may not be reimbursed.
The approved form is the Partner Employment Assistance Program application form.
8.8.5 Reimbursement of Partner Employment Assistance
The approved form is the Partner Employment Assistance Program application form.
Note: If a service is paid for at the end of a financial year and the application is submitted in the new financial year, the payment amount is reimbursed from the financial year when the payment was made.
Example: The eligible partner paid $600 for a service on 18 June and submitted their form requesting a reimbursement on 3 July. In the financial year when the service was paid for the eligible partner had already been reimbursed $1,200. The amount that may be reimbursed is $300.
