A person not below E08 working in the Pay and Administration Centre – Victoria who is authorised to manage Defence pay and administration at overseas posts
Senior Australian Signals Directorate representative not below O-7 at the overseas post (ADF only)
Assistant Director-General Customer and International Engagement, Australian Signals Directorate (ADF only)
