Difference between the 2 salaries is $20,000.
Your quarterly allowance while training is $5,000. ($20,000 / 4) = $5,000).
The amount is paid as part of your salary and may be taxed.

You can't claim the costs of travel or a removal if they're required for you to complete the training.
