Go to DHA Online Services and log in to your account
Apply for LIA

Log in to your Online Services account

Select Apply for - Me from the LIA menu

Enter your details and submit

Follow the voice prompts for 'on-base living in accommodation'

Answer the security questions to confirm your identity

Follow DHA's assessment process

Open an AE681 form
-
Select Application to Live-In in the section Member's details

Select your Effective date to move and the Request type in the section Request to Live-In
-
Complete and submit the form to your Your Commanding Officer at Major (equivalent) or APS 6 and above. In some circumstances, you’ll need to get approval from your Service headquarters.
