Open an AE681 form

Select Application to live-out in the section Member's details

Select the Effective date to move and your new living arrangement in the section Request to live-out

Complete and submit the form to your Your Commanding Officer at Major (equivalent) or APS 6 and above. In some circumstances, you’ll need to get approval from your Service headquarters.
