If you’re visiting a Defence location for training, you may be required to stay in LIA while you’re there.
You need to tell Defence Housing Australia if your living situation changes.
You’ll need to pay a Service residence contribution to Defence and won’t get rent allowance while you live in MCA.
You may not be able to get rent allowance if you rejected a Defence Housing Australia (DHA) offer of a suitable Service residence or chose to move out of one at the same location.
