Eligibility for HPSEA if selling a home
If you’re posted to an overseas location or a specified location, contact the ADF Home Purchase and Sale team on 1800 DEFENCE (1800 3333 623) before you sign any contracts.
Not all costs will be reimbursed in full.
Eligibility for HPSEA if buying a home
If you sign a contract to buy a home before you get your official posting order, you won't be eligible for HPSEA for that home.
