Your choice of super fund

As an ADF member, you can choose to have your super with any provider of your choice, including ADF Super.

If you joined the ADF before 2016, your super may be in an ADF-specific super fund, such as the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits (DFRDB) scheme or Military Superannuation and Benefits Scheme (MSBS).

Head over to our new superannuation pages to learn more about the different fund options and the benefits they offer.

Your super benefits

Regardless of your super fund provider, as an ADF member, you’re covered for invalidity and death benefits while you’re under 60, and you’re in either the:

  • Permanent Forces
  • Reserves performing continuous full-time service.
