Feedback from our users told us you wanted an easier way to browse related content and move between pages with fewer clicks.

In response, we've enhanced the side navigation menus across the website, including adding them to the navigation landing pages for the first time. This makes it simpler and faster to move between related pages and locate the information you need.

The menus now reflect the full structure of each section, showing you exactly where you are in the site and what else is in that section.

Where a section contains additional pages, this is indicated by a + (plus symbol) icon. You can click on the + to expand that section and navigate directly to the additional pages.

You can continue to expand other sections on the page as needed without returning to the home screen.

You may not see some of the other improvements made, but they help the website work faster and make it more stable.

Driven by user feedback

Improving the user experience of the ADF Pay and Conditions website remains a priority.

The enhancement of our side navigation menus is a direct result of feedback from our users. By listening to how people use the site and where they experience challenges, we can continue to make practical improvements that better meet user needs.

Help us continue to improve

We are committed to continually enhancing the ADF Pay and Conditions website and ensuring information is easy to find, understand and use.
