If you and your former partner are both ADF members, you can only register your children once and only one parent can receive the benefit.
Register for the Family Health Program
If you register a newborn within 3 months of the day they were born, their date of registration will be their date of birth.

Example
A member with 2 registered resident family members is allocated $1,600 ($800 each). If one of them only uses $400 of their allocation, the other can use $1,200.
ADFFHP benefits are FBT reportable and may affect your tax assessable income.
You can't claim any out-of-pocket ambulance service expenses.
