You’re expected to be there for 3 years. 

You get one RLLT benefit the day you arrive in the location. 

You don’t use your benefit in your first year at the location and it expires. 

You get one new benefit at the start of your second year. You think you won't use the benefit in your second year, so you apply to defer the expiry. 

You’re posted to Darwin, which is a Grade B location. 

You're expected to be there for 3 years. 

You get one RLLT benefit the day you arrive in the location. 

You use your benefit in your first year in the location and then apply to use the benefit that you would get at the start of your second year early.
