  1. Go to the intranet homepage on the DPN

  2. Click on ServiceConnect on the left-hand side menu

  3. Click on 'My Forms' underneath the heading 'submit or manage forms' 

  4. Click into the search bar and typing 'HPAS'

  5. Select Application for Home Purchase Assistance Scheme (HPAS) or Home Purchase or Sale Expenses Allowance (HPAS)
